What We Offer: 

• Showroom Service for small quantities
•  Virtual or In-Person Service designed for larger quantities, house and estate clearances.

Our consignment service includes honest discussions about the potential profitability of your items. If we cannot sell your product, we will provide alternative suggestions. 

Virtual and In-Person Inspections take at least 30 minutes, and it is crucial to be truthful about your items' condition, as any undisclosed issues will be revealed during photography and could lead to consignment termination. 

You will receive our proposed consignment fees and terms for us to sell your goods. 

After you review and accept our consignor terms and conditions, we can proceed with the next steps in the process.

• Wharf Vault will take pictures of your items and list to eBay marketplace.

• We will aim to sell your items for a price based on competitive and realistic market value.

• We will list your items for sale over a 24 day period, either Buy It Now or Auction.

• As a goodwill gesture we will also list your items on other relevant marketplaces to increase chance of sale.

• When an item sells we wait until the recipient receives their order and is satisfied. We pride ourselves on good reviews and feedback, as such your item will need to meet these conditions up until sale completion.

• When a sale is complete we will send you payment and confirmation of sale.

• If your items are unsold by our agreed Consignment end date, then unsold items will need to be collected by yourself.

Our fees are predetermined, while sale prices may vary; we aim to list at the best price and negotiate with buyers. 

By agreeing to our fees and terms, you understand the process and period to sell; after which you must collect unsold items or they will be disposed of.

This service for anyone looking to get rid of your items without concern for profit and without the aim of making money. 

We can arrange a collection for you. Collected items will be distributed through our stock, donated to charity shops, given to homeless individuals, or disposed of if necessary.

For items that we sell from our stock, we'll donate 20% of the final sale price to a charitable cause, and we will keep you updated on these contributions through our website and social media.
